2. The Service

WS Truck Spotting is a truck-naming and community spotting platform operated by William Stobart & Son. Users can submit female names for trucks and participate in the truck-spotting community.

3. Naming Submissions

All name submissions are subject to moderation and approval. We reserve the right to reject any name that does not meet our guidelines. Name allocations are for a period of up to 3 years and are subject to renewal.

4. User Content

By submitting content (including names, stories, photos, and sightings), you grant William Stobart & Son a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the WS Truck Spotting platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit offensive, inappropriate, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms. For serious or repeated breaches we may permanently block your account and prevent you from registering again with the same email address. Where we do so, we delete your account but keep a one-way, irreversible hash of your email solely to enforce the block, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

William Stobart & Son shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
